The 13th official update for FIFA 21 has been announced by EA Sports earlier today. The 1.55 GB patch is already available for PC and Google Stadia players while Xbox and PlayStation player will have to wait for a little longer to get the new update.

Here are the full patch notes:

FIFA Ultimate Team

Addressed the following issues:

• Some ICON Moments 2D images did not display correctly on their corresponding Player Items.
• Messages appearing in the News tile and its menus did not always display correctly.
• A potential kit clash could occur when using the No Room For Racism Kit.

General, Audio, and Visual

Made the following changes:

• Updated some kits, badges, balls, boots, and broadcast packages.

The following Title Update changes will only apply to the Stadia version of FIFA 21 and have been applied to other versions of FIFA 21 in past TUs:

FIFA Ultimate Team

Addressed the following issues:

• The end-of-match Squad Battles FUT Coin Skill Rewards calculation did not always display correctly.
  • This was a visual issue only and did not impact the calculation.
• When a previously locked Objective group was unlocked, it could have still continued to display as locked until the player exited and re-entered FUT.
• On the Kit Select screen in Division Rivals, the timer could freeze for the player who confirmed their selection if their opponent was still selecting a kit.
• Some ICON Moments 2D images did not display correctly on their corresponding Player Items.
• After viewing the Captain’s Squad in a Co-Op Lobby, the background player models could remain on screen even when navigating through other menus.
• When accessing the Transfer Market tab on the Squad screen and viewing the Search Results as a list, Bid Status Icons did not display.
• A FUT loading screen could incorrectly display the default badge instead of the player’s selected badge.
• Messages appearing in the News tile and its menus did not always display correctly.
• During Co-Op matches, the Captain’s Club name was not visible across stadium banners to the invited player.
• In online matches, the end of match screens displayed both players as FUT Founders, regardless of when their Clubs were founded.
• In some cases, the Search Filters on the Stadium tab of the Transfer Market displayed placeholder text.
• The UI could become visually corrupted when selecting and deselecting favorite Live or Foundation Squad Building Challenges.
• During Friendlies matches, the in-game Game Settings screen would incorrectly list the ball being currently used.
• The Live FUT Friendlies UI did not always display the correct visuals when the tile was selected.
• After entering and exiting the News tab, some parts of the UI did not always display correctly.
• Stadium Themes based on real world teams did not always apply correctly to in-game ad boards.
• The UI could become visually corrupted when selecting and deselecting favorite Live or Foundation Squad Building Challenges.
• On the Club tab of the Squad Screen, the Toggle List View action did not function when a Take Me There widget was on screen.
• Some text incorrectly overlapped other UI elements when the My Playlist tile was selected on the FUT Friendlies screen.
• Some Badges displayed a placeholder image.

Career Mode

• Substitutes who entered the match were losing an unintentionally high amount of Stamina.
• When changing the sorting in the Transfer Hub and Squad Hub, the UI did not automatically scroll back to the top.
• Qualification for the Asian Continental Cup did not function correctly.

VOLTA FOOTBALL

Addressed the following issue:

• In Squad Management, the Player Chemistry UI element present on Avatars did not display the correct value.
  • This was a visual error only and did not impact Chemistry calculations.
• Addressed a potential stability issue that could occur when viewing the Skill Tree.

FIFA Online

Addressed the following issue:

• The Soccer Aid team was incorrectly available to use in Online Seasons.

Pro Clubs

Addressed the following issue:

• When the Captain changes Game Plans during a Pro Clubs match, some AI teammates could have switched positions incorrectly.

General, Audio, and Visual

Made the following changes:

• Added commentary lines related to David Beckham.

Addressed the following issue:

• Some balls displayed placeholder text in the Match tab of the Game Settings screen.

Update 1.25 has arrived for FIFA 21, and here’s the full list of changes and fixes added with this patch.

A few days ago EA Sports released a new update for FIFA 21 for those that play the game on PC and Google Stadia. Well today that same patch is now available for those that own the game on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4 and Xbox One. Please remember the Nintendo Switch version is different and doesn’t receive these patches constantly.

Anyway, the new patch is update #18 and it addresses a ton of issues with the FUT mode. Some changes and fixes have also been made to Career Mode and VOLTA Football too. Updated kits and team names have been added as well. The patch is number 1.25 on PS4 and version 01.000.018 for PS5 owners.

FIFA 21 Update 1.25 Patch Notes

FIFA Ultimate Team

Made the following changes:

• The Captain can now edit their own Squad when selecting their name from the Co-Op lobby.
• Badge, Ball, and Kit Rarities can be cycled through on the Rarity tile when searching for Club Items in My Stadium.

Addressed the following issues:

• A thin outline glow did not display correctly on Preview Packs.
• Removed an unintended visual effect which could briefly display when highlighting an unopened or unpreviewed Pack.
• When previewing a Pack, a placeholder kit graphic displayed on the Player Items when cycling through views.

• When getting promoted to a Division a player had previously achieved in Division Rivals, the first time Division Promotion Reward screen would unintentionally display and correctly show 0 coins earned.
  • First time Division Promotion Rewards can only be earned the first time a new Division is reached.
• A placeholder graphic could display when obtaining a pack from the FUT Store.
• The Co-Op button callout could disappear and become inaccessible after using the Compare Price function on the Transfer Market.
• The Co-Op lobby could display an incorrect kit in some instances.
• A timer incorrectly displayed on the Event screen when there was no active Event.
• [PC/Stadia Only] Selecting a specific Item Rarity on the Transfer Market or in My Stadium was not possible with a mouse.
• [Stadia Only] A potential stability issue could occur in the FUT Store.
• [Xbox One Only] In some instances, the Take Me There widget could stop working as intended.
• [PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S Only] When purchasing FIFA Points from the FUT Store, the discounted price could display with unintended red text.
  – This was a visual error only and did not affect pricing.

Career Mode

Made the following changes:

• When scrolling player lists in the Transfer Hub and Squad Hub, the list will wrap around when pressing up while highlighting the first player, and when pressing down while highlighting the last player.
• Adjusted variety of Youth Scouting results when scouting Netherlands.

Addressed the following issues:

• There was no trophy presentation and prize money available when winning the Polish league.
• In Player Career, glove customization did not always apply correctly.

VOLTA FOOTBALL

Fifa 21 Kits Update

Addressed the following issues:

• A portion of the UI did not display correctly when selecting the last substitute in My Squad.
• David Beckham’s name did not always display correctly during a match.

General, Audio, and Visual

Made the following changes:

• Updated the EA Sports sequence seen when launching the game.
• Updated some stadium flags, kits, team names, and badges.
• [Stadia Only] Updated the controller graphic when viewing a match through the Champions Channel.
• Added a parental controls button callout to the main FIFA Playtime menu.

Best Fifa Kits

Addressed the following issue:

• In some instances, the Soccer Aid World XI FC could have been used in Online Seasons.
